This week NOW welcomed our new Business Development Manager, Richard Sheahan.
"I have worked in Capital and Money Markets for over 30 years – the last 23 years spent in the Fixed Income Division of the Royal Bank of Canada in Sydney. Marketing and Sales of the Bank’s products to an international client-base has always been my prime concern.
Outside of work I have been heavily involved in the management of a range of non-profit organisations, such as the Oatley Rugby Club, Danebank Anglican School for Girls and the Oatley Uniting Church. I’ve been married to Meggan for 32 years and have four children, Jonathan, Robert, Juliette and Annabelle and one baby grandchild! I spend most of my spare time cycling and playing bass guitar.
As Business Development Manager I see my role as simple – increasing the exposure of NOW in the St George and Sutherland regions, exploring all avenues for expansion in a rapidly changing health care environment and advertising the fantastic care that our dedicated nurses provide 365 days a year."
Richard's business experience will be of great assistance as we face the coming changes with My Aged Care.
